Social media is where healthcare brands meet patients on their terms. We were thrilled to continue managing long-time clients while starting new clients' social media campaigns this year. When it comes to healthcare marketing, Google Ads can be a game-changer. This year, we helped numerous clients take their PPC campaigns to the next level, delivering more clicks, more leads, and more appointments.

Internal Success
Speaking at Conferences
Vividus spoke and attended at numerous conferences in 2024, spreading the word about Vividus and how we can help healthcare businesses thrive. Highlights included our director, Jason Borody, being invited to speak at the BOQ Specialist Roadmap to Practice Ownership Workshop in May—a valuable event designed for dental, medical, and veterinary professionals aspiring to establish their own practices.
Our marketing account manager, Paula, also presented at the annual City Fertility conference on the Gold Coast, where she shared insights on compliance in digital marketing, effective growth strategies, and connecting patients with healthcare practices. Additionally, Jason and the team attended major industry events such as the Arab Health Conference in Dubai and the Digital Health Festival in Melbourne. Jason also contributed as a panellist at the inaugural Twilight Healthcare Business Workshop, further solidifying our commitment to empowering healthcare professionals.
Growing Doceo
Doceo has been going from strength to strength this year. Our directors travelled to Dubai for Arab Health and attended multiple conferences and events throughout the year, spreading the word on Doceo. They were even interviewed on the Talking HealthTech podcast and launched their new Doceo Partners Webinar Series.
Donating to the Community
Every year, we donate 10% of our profits to charities whose causes we strongly believe in, and this year we continue that commitment.
A Punny Year
This year has been nothing short of hilarious with our 2024 pun calendar. Every day brought a new pun with new laughs and smiles around the office. We’ve highlighted some of our favourites here.
Seeing the World
We encourage our team to take some much-needed breaks to help live their lives and return to work with a clear mind, and they certainly took our advice. From New Zealand, Fiji and Japan to Pakistan, Dubai and Singapore, our team travelled the globe.
