Case Study: Strathpine Super GP Clinic

The Brief:

We were approached by Strathpine Super GP Clinic to redesign their website, conceptualising a site that would actively engage with all potential patients as well as provide a clear and easy path to all their services as well as a number of associated (but separately managed) clinics.

What Vividus Achieved:

The original brief identified the requirement for a main site with mini websites linked to it for the separate clinics i.e. skin cancer clinic, allergy clinic, etc. We felt that the practice?s web presence should not be segmented and a single website would deliver a much stronger and more representative view of Strathpine Super GP Clinic as a whole. 

Our initial work on the project involved a series of consultation sessions to really understand what the client wanted out of the new website. We then began to develop an updated brief for the website, which would meet all the criteria and engage with their target market. 

With all our consultation and listening, the website brief evolved to be about creating a single website that would allow for the clinic pages to have a secondary tiered menu structure ? this allowed the feel of a separate website, but maintaining the integrity of a single site.

We developed a set of concepts which then acted as a strong and validated foundation on which we developed the website. With patient usability as the main focus, we made sure that the user experience was kept simple and the design aimed to embody the practice?s ethos and values.

We developed the website on a WordPress Content Management System, giving the client full control over all content.

What the client thought:

 ?We were looking for a fresher, more organized and user-friendly website.

By staying engaged, asking questions and giving suggestions, Vividus successfully interpreted our needs and produced a website that with a stunning design and intuitive navigation.

When modifications were needed, changes were made very quickly.
