The previous site lacked direction and focus as well as bombarding the user with badly organised information. As a result, we began the process by working closely with the OVHC team to understand the requirements of all stakeholders and how these requirements related to the website content.
The home page also includes clear call to action buttons, easy to find services and easily accessible information required to help make a decision, get the cover the user is seeking and make a claim.
The website is designed responsively, meaning the layout of the website adapts depending on the size of the user’s screen. This ensures everyone gets a focused browsing experience, irrespective of their screen size or type of device.
